Project Summary – KEZAD Sewage Lift Station Upgrade
At KEZAD, EXPOTEC successfully replaced two corroded submersible sewage pumps in a 6m-deep, 60 m³ sewage tank. The scope included installation of high-performance pumps with a guide rail system, welding and assembly works, and cleaning of the tank and 18 manholes with an inward-level system. The tank was fully prepared for commissioning, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The project significantly improved system efficiency and durability, demonstrating EXPOTEC ’s technical expertise and commitment to quality solutions.

Villa Filtration System
Project Summary – Whole House Filtration System, Abu Dhabi
In Abu Dhabi, residents of a villa were facing hair fall, skin irritation, and general health discomfort due to poor water quality. EXPOTEC installed a comprehensive whole-house water filtration system, consisting of a 3-stage jumbo filter, an FRP tank filled with Activated Carbon, Sand, and Gravel media, and a UV sterilizer. This solution significantly improved the water quality, providing clean, safe water throughout the house. The residents noticed immediate health benefits and expressed high satisfaction with the results.
